1. By submitting an application via the IEC Job Board, Applicant certifies that all statements contained in the application or made in conjunction with it are true and correct, and any misrepresentation or omission of facts called for is grounds for rejection of the application and may be grounds for termination should employment be offered or result from this application whenever the correct information becomes known to IEC or Member.
2. Applicant understands that Washington is an "at will" employment state and any offer of employment is made under such terms, meaning that either Applicant or Member may terminate the employment agreement at any time with or without cause.

7. Member may require Applicant to appear at the Member's facility and be interviewed in person before being considered for employment by Member. Members may have additional employment criteria, experience requirements, testing (including drug testing) or other conditions for employment that may determine whether Applicant has the qualifications for employment and whether Applicant will be chosen from among other qualified applicants.
