IEC OF WA is committed to protecting your privacy. We base our business on the trust you place in us. We collect information to ensure secure registration and to personalize your learning experience. How we safeguard your personal information is explained below.  If you have any concerns, comments or complaints, please, let us know.  We constantly strive to improve our program and your experience with us.

What information do you collect?: We collect information needed for secure registration and certificate issuance. Additionally, our system captures your IP address to help us track visitors to our site and improve how we promote the program. The IP address is not attached to personal information.  In the same way we track the IP address, we also track referral sites.  This helps us better understand how users are reaching our site and indicates where our marketing dollars are better spent. We collect the following information when you create an account on our website.

• User name and e-mail address.  We do not have access to your password information.
• Class registration information for tracking classes paid for, started, and completed.
• Name, address and payment information.  However, we do not collect credit card numbers. Credit card and PO numbers may be phoned in as an alternative.

Is your information used for any other purpose?: We require only the personal information that is needed for safely processing your registration and for contacting you about your transactions. We use this information exclusively for that purpose. IEC OF WA students receive mailings from your account information and your account information may be analyzed as part of our standard business practices.

Will account information be given to any other party?: Your personal information is not shared with any other party without your prior consent and release. With your approval, account information may be provided to the IEC national organization office, local chapter offices, and industry support vendors.

Customer satisfaction: IEC OF WA is committed to providing all students with a professional learning experience. We may contact you either via mail, phone or email in order to measure how well we are doing and to better understand how we can continually improve our training and courses. Your participation is voluntary and you may request to remove yourself from future efforts of this kind.
